Ministry Model

Our strategy is to be a regional and national ministry to and through men that serves, resources, and equips families, churches, and other organizations for ministry to men and through men with others in mind.

We collaborate with a network of likeminded ministries to influence a movement of men who step up as leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.

We facilitate conferences and retreats for men, women, families and churches, and other faith-based organizations on a variety of subjects pertaining to biblical manhood, true womanhood, marriage and family, and the church.

Prayer Strategy

The Director of Regional Teams leads and develops our Regional Teams and ongoing prayer strategy.

The Regional Team is a group of volunteers who pray for PointMan through a designated time of prayer.

The Regional Team Director will facilitate monthly meetings and communicates immediate prayer needs.

Growth Strategy

Continue taking strides in developing an ongoing ministry presence in Mid Atlanta Region by offering ministry to men and through men on a regular basis whether it be weekly, monthly, quarterly, and even annually.

Continue an ongoing development of regional men’s ministry strategies with like-minded partners in the various regions we serve and to establish relationships with pastors and churches by offering regional men’s conferences, pastor’s luncheons, etc.

Continue developing partnerships with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Coalition of Ministries to Men, Iron Sharpens Iron Network, Man in the Mirror, Fatherhood CoMission, and others as the Lord leads.

Formalize and implement a strategy to reach the next generation of young men to offer instruction and encouragement on leadership, responsibility, and an overall vision for biblical manhood.

Funding Plan Summary & Goals

Annual Budget $140,000

The Board personally gives to the annual budget and actively introduces new donors to the ministry.

The PointMan Iron Sharpens Iron Men Conferences are Strategic Mission Partnership opportunities with area pastors, churches, and leaders where a percentage of the conference proceeds stay in the community to help bring vision and voice for men, to men, and through men with others in mind.

Our Ministry Staff, which includes Executive Director and Regional Directors, raises 100% of support for salary through monthly ministry partners and conferences.

The 2019 Ministry Plan will include a part time Missional Development staff member to help in the office.


Expanded ministry presence with great effectiveness through Strategic partnerships with pastors, business leaders, coaches, and churches in the Mid Atlantic Region.

Launching ongoing ministry presence to men utilizing a Regional Team of men who are apt to teach and equip.

Current Needs

Database system to organize and streamline an effective ministry to our donor base, giving us a more effective and efficient process for current and new monthly partners in order to continue building ministry capacity to help men win.

To train and develop potential pastors and leaders in men’s ministry coaching and speaking to help multiply the movement.

$5,000 to promote and prepare for hosting regional PointMan events such as retreats and conferences for men, women and churches.
