Ron serves as Executive Director of the PointMan Center for Leadership Development. He is also the President of Transport for Christ International.  Ron is a Professional Counselor and member of AACC/IBC/BCPPC, He is a Leadership Trainer and Coach, Ministry Consultant, Bible Teacher, Ordained Minister, Co-Author of the book Engage: Building A Church Based Ministry To Men, Founder and Senior Business Development Executive of the Impact Management Group Consulting firm. Impact Management Consultants help ministries and businesses with leadership development and is a training and resource organization. The mission of the Impact Management Group is to support pastors, ministry leaders and their churches by providing a ministry of spiritual direction, spiritual formation consultation, pastoral counseling and coaching. Mr. Fraser is a born communicator who loves to inspire, motivate and challenge audiences with life changing biblical leadership principles. He often speaks on the topic “Leadership is a Choice” His vision is to inspire men to become biblical leaders that have influence personally, professionally, in the church and in the community.

A native of Souderton, PA, graduated from Souderton High School, BS from West Chester, MEd from Temple. I taught Mathematics for 2 years in the Cheltenham School District followed by 34 years at Souderton High School. While at West Chester the plan of salvation became clear to me through the ministry of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship. (Who said a person cannot get saved on a secular campus?) Following graduation I married Judy Godshall and God has blessed us with 3 wonderful children and 8 very active grandchildren keeping us busy by way of their school and community sports, concerts, and church activities. I have been serving on Church and Christian School boards, as well as local men’s ministries and PointMan Ministries for many years. My wife and I are currently serving the Lord through several ministries at Calvary Church of Souderton. Since retiring from teaching in 2002, I have been selling and listing real estate full time with Re/Max Reliance of Souderton.
